How Long Will My Order Take to Arrive?

Orders are shipped out of our warehouse within 1–7 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes an additional 2–14 days, depending on your location and chosen shipping method. As soon as your order is on the way, we’ll send tracking info directly to your inbox.

Where to Find Your Shipping Info

When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details sent to the address you used at checkout. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder or contact us directly at help@intrepidathletic.com.

If your tracking says “label created” but hasn’t updated, your order may still be processing or awaiting its first scan by the carrier. This is normal and will update once it's scanned. If it’s been more than 5 business days with no update, feel free to reach out to us.

Missing Package

What to Do If Your Order Doesn’t Arrive

Once your order is transferred to USPS, UPS, or DHL, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. At that point, we see the same tracking information you do. If your package is lost, delayed, or marked delivered but missing, we strongly recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim. While we’re here to support you however we can, Intrepid Athletic is not liable for packages lost or mishandled by the carrier.
